What data we collect and why
- Contact form and configurator: name, email, phone, requested service, message and area. We use them only to answer your request and arrange a site survey (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Automated assistant: the messages you type in the chat are processed by an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, Claude API) to generate the reply. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat. If you ask to be contacted, your details are sent to the team by email.
- Technical data: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records technical access data (IP address, user agent) for security and service operation.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, where work is carried out, for the statutory accounting and tax obligations. Conversations with the assistant are not stored by the site beyond the session.
Recipients
Technical providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI assistant), the email delivery service. No transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@r3dlink.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. It only uses the browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference, so no consent banner is required.
